Expert Growers
We started growing vegetables in a cooperative called PlantAge eG in 2018. Since we have the experience of founding, running and making a cooperative work, we decided to take our cultivation experience to a new plant. Having grown CBD weed outdoors already and visited Cannabis farms in California, we feel ready to start a community around cannabis.
We are a diverse founding team with backgrounds in business, farming, entrepreneurship, law, political science and ecology.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Ioannis Valtikos an accomplished agronomist with a strong background in farm management and a passion for business development. He is part of the head growing team of vegetables at PlantAge eG. Growing up on a farm, developed a deep connection to agriculture, which he now combines with his eagerness to enter the business world to drive growth and innovation. Known for his excellent communication skills, excels in building strong relationships and fostering collaboration within the community. His blend of hands-on farming experience and strategic insight makes him a standout professional in the industry.
Frederik Henn a proven expert in business development and the founder of PlantAge eG, a successful vegetable cooperative. With a diverse education in business, having studied in both Europe and Asia, brings a global perspective to his work. A passionate cannabis enthusiast, he is eager to enter the cannabis industry, combining his business acumen with his love for innovation in agriculture. His entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on experience in cooperative models make him a dynamic figure ready to make a mark in the cannabis sector.
KEY ASSOCIATES:
Nikolaos Quadri an experienced bartender with a passion for hospitality. Having worked in some of the finest bars in Berlin, Thessaloniki and London, brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to every cocktail he crafts. His international experience has shaped his unique style, blending classic techniques with innovative flair. A cannabis enthusiast, always eager to explore and share the intersection of mixology and cannabis culture. His expertise and enthusiasm make him a true standout in the industry.
Nikolaos Chatziioannidis a skilled agronomist with a unique blend of expertise in both cannabis and mushroom cultivation. With experience managing both physical and online shops, has a keen understanding of the agricultural industry and the business side of things. His passion for innovation in growing techniques is matched only by his love for extreme sports, where his adventurous spirit shines through. Whether he's optimizing growth systems or pushing his limits outdoors, brings energy, dedication, and creativity to everything he does.
SUPERVISORY BOARD
Simon Brüdern is a member of PlantAge cooperative for many years and had ben working as head vegetable grower. Through this experience he felt the empowering effects of a self-reliant community. He is on a mission to spread the cooperative culture. Simon is head of the supervisory board.
Kai Börsting has worked in business development, sales and political analysis. He is as much a nature boy as he loves the city life of Berlin. Cool-tempered, solution oriented and great with numbers he is vice-head of the supervisory board.
Philipp Götschel is an apprentice of the law, loving to go into the fine details of legal wording. His analytical mind paired with an understanding of the legal limitations helps to navigate the complex cannabis law.
Judith Henn is an experienced board of director at the vegetable cooperative PlantAge. She brings experience to the board by having founded a cooperative herself. Her eye for photos and talent for texting is a vital support in our communications.
