Regardless of the amount of their capital participation (deposits), members have the same voting rights (“one person, one vote”) and can therefore actively participate in decisions and the organisation of the cooperative.

Self-help: Members bond together to meet common needs through mutual support and cooperation rather than waiting for outside help.

Self-responsibility: Members are personally responsible for the decisions and actions of the cooperative, which promotes a high level of commitment.

Self-management: Members run and manage the cooperative independently and democratically, allowing decisions to be made directly by those who affect them

Members can grow a wider range of products together more effectively and efficiently. The more people come together, the cheaper administration, cultivation, communication and logistics become for everyone.

Cooperatives often offer greater economic security by sharing risks. In addition, cooperatives are subject to democratic and transparent control by the supervisory board and auditing association.

Cooperatives pursue the principle of supporting their members, for example through advisory services.

Cultivation clubs can provide information about the risks of cannabis consumption and provide advice on how to successfully grow your own home. Growing clubs can also give seeds and cuttings to their members.

Through the participation of members in cultivation, as required by the Cannabis law, they gain unique insights and experience in the cultivation of cannabis

Membership in a cooperative gives you access to a network of like-minded people. People with low incomes can participate, as can people who can subscribe to a lot of deposits. Membership in a democratic structure strengthens local cohesion. The cooperative is often an intermediary point for other private and business activities.
